British Council SSA Arts Evaluation Report

In collaboration with BOP Consulting and other regional based expertise, Chapter54 contributed to and produced a an in depth evaluative report for British Council Arts programming in Sub Saharan Africa. Through research, interviews and case studies, the report served as a basis for evaluation and framing for future programming.
